We are looking for a Business Analyst with French for a hybrid position (Porto).

What you will do:

Analyze and document business requirements

Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation

Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications

Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and development team

Ensure deliverables align with business expectations

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)

Track project progress and ensure timely delivery

What we are looking for:

University degree in IT, Business, or a related field

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development

Strong experience writing functional specifications and technical documentation

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)

Proficient in modeling techniques , such as UML or BPMN , to visually represent requirements and workflows

Excellent communication skills – you can explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences

Fluent French (C1/C2) – mandatory

Professional English (B2 or higher) – mandatory

Comfortable with tools like JIRA and Confluence

Detail-oriented and able to work independently and proactively

Nice to have:

Experience working with or documenting websites , mobile applications and REST APIs

Working knowledge of SQL

Previous experience in the financial or payments industry
