Responsibilities

• Analyse and document H&B business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate automation feasibility.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and
  - functional specifications.
• Support developers during implementation and testing phases.
• Maintain documentation including process maps, design documents, and user guides.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews and daily
  - ups.
• Ensure alignment with Automation Centre of Excellence governance and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, preferably in automation or digital transformation.
• Ability to work with
  - functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Familiarity with RPA/DPA tools (e. g. , Power Platform, Ui
  Path, Blue Prism), experience in Agile environments and tools like Azure Dev
  Ops, are a plus.
