We are looking for a Business Analyst with French to join one of our biggest clients, a leading international financial services company.

Location: Offices in Lisbon (Hybrid)

What you will do:

Ensure the proper operational functioning of the squad CRAC, particularly in integration flow scope.

Respond promptly to user needs within the perimeter applications.

Organize necessary training for user requests.

Follow IT and administrative incidents related to user requests.

Monitor accounting flows within the CRAC scope.

Administer the evolution of reporting tools and propose productivity improvements.

Guarantee the organization of the quality system and functional improvement of IS in collaboration with Finance and Risk departments.

Provide expertise for projects (analysis, acceptance, training).

Anticipate the impact of projects on reporting processes and tools.

What you are like:

Degree in Computer Science or related IT field.

Advanced French and intermediate English (oral and written).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT/Financial project management.

Mandatory experience in administering relational database tools.

Strong experience as a Business Analyst.

Solid understanding of Finance concepts and processes.

Client-focused with excellent customer care.

Strong team interaction capacity.

Autonomous, proactive, and rigorous with high personal commitment.

Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
