We are looking for a Business Analyst – French Speaker to join one of our biggest clients, a multinational financial services company with a strong presence in the insurance and actuarial sector.

Location

Offices in Porto (hybrid)

What you will do

• Provide training and support to
  - users and actuarial teams
• Work within an agile squad to design and implement systems for data management, risk modeling, and reporting
• Participate in agile rituals and support the Product Owner in managing business needs
• Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support development and testing phases
• Monitor business processes, manage support requests and incidents, and ensure quality through
  - regression testing

What you are like

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (BAC+4/5) in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, insurance, or actuarial sectors
• Expert in Excel with VBA, SQL, Jira, and Service
  Now
• Practical knowledge of software testing, ITIL 4, ALM-Octane, Gherkin, and BDD
• Optional knowledge of. NET, SQL, and Visio
• Fluent in English and French (both at expert level)
• Client-oriented, autonomous, adaptable, and an excellent communicator
