- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional
- Create and maintain detailed functional
- Develop test cases and perform functional
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of software
- Support
- users during the user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide ongoing support and training to
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on functional
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of
- quality
- Conduct
- implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions
Requirements- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial
- Strong analytical and
- solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese work visa / Portuguese
- Availability to work from the office twice a
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Azure Dev
Ops- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ISTQB, or CBAP- Experience with Agile
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
