We seek an experienced Business Analyst/Functional Analyst to join a dynamic,
- border team working on modern technology solutions within the financial services industry. The role requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics 265 Field Service , and effective communication with distributed teams.

Profile:

This role will be responsible for ensuring that technical team members understand client requirements well and for ensuring the continuous evolution of applications in line with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that client requirements are clear, understandable, and properly communicated to the project team and developers;
• Support the design of new applications and the evolution of existing ones by gathering and analyzing business needs;
• Define and operationalize test acceptance criteria to ensure delivery quality;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and
  - functional teams to align expectations and priorities;
• Support the organization and execution of ideation or requirements definition sessions (e. g. , Design Thinking workshops).

Requirements:

• Experience with AGILE/Scrum methodologies and Design Thinking;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to anticipate risks and needs;
• Proactiveness, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
