Responsibilities
- Monitor and assist

- Maintain process documentation and develop dashboards/reports.
- Work with Product Owner and global teams on procedures and releases.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience analyzing HR processes, including monitoring and supporting

- day (BAU) activities. - Experience in data analysis and visualization using Power BI, advanced Excel, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
- Proactivity and dynamism.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
