Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst – Management Trainee – English – Hybrid Lisbon

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality
• Acquiring data from provided sources
• Interpret data and analyze results
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators
• Identify anomalies in various data sources
• Filter and “clean” data
• Incorporate data analysis into designated ongoing reports
• Use analyzed data to build reports, identifying process improvement opportunities
• Enforce all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices
• Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the reporting manager
• Attending meetings set up by management
• Availability to deliver training to other associates whenever the direct outstanding requests it.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Proficient Excel knowledge,
• Similar work experience preferred.
• Work experience with ERP systems (advantage);

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency in MS office (mainly Excel);
• Good interpersonal skills and negotiating & dispute resolution skills;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent customer orientation and ability of
  - tasking & tasks prioritization;
• Preferred Skills:
• ERP Knowledge (SAP, Coupa knowledge is a plus);
• Presentation skills;
• Good time management & customer management
• English C1
