About The Job

Your Main Activities Are

• Sit with FIP staff and your colleagues from FIP Standards team and go through all the steps of the current process to get familiarized with the As-Is situation
• Identity automation opportunities and draft the overall
  - level design of an automated procedure that would be developed first by you and later by Finance IT
• Implement the desired automated procedure with the inputs of FIP staff and deliver a working tool that the staff can use in waiting for the Finance IT solution (any solution can be used, including Power Query, Power BI, Knime, Alteryx, Python, Blue Prism, etc. )
• Document the business rules agreed and implemented in the prototype and communicate them to Finance IT
• Interact efficiently with Finance IT so that the tools developed by you can be industrialized by Finance IT
• Coach FIP staff on using the prototype developed by you and other advanced desktop tools functions (excel, power query, power bi) so that they are more efficient in their

Profile And Skills To Success

• Business School or Master’s degree or Engineering school degree completed
• At least 5 years of professional experience as business analyst
• Proficient knowledge of Office pack (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power
  Point)
• Power BI and Power Queries knowledge
• Python
• Data preparation tool (Alteryx, Dataiku, Knime or other)
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Ability to deliver and results driven
• Good attention to detail and rigor
• Good organizational skills
• Problem solving skills and creativity
• Analytical
• Able to develop and adapt a process
• Capable of setting up relevant performance indicators

• FIP teams are composed by 5 teams: FIP Capital Market Products and FIP Banking Products are in charge to drive and deliver
  -
  - end business and regulatory projects by responding to Business Line and Finance requirements; FIP Standards defines standard guidance and methodology used during projects; FIP Regulatory coordinate regulatory evolutions, studying and defining standard solutions; FIP Change Management Office and Permanent Control is responsible for leading transformation on FIP Global (impacting Paris, Madrid, Lisbon, London and other networks in APAC and AMERICAS)
• FIP Standards team has 2 scopes: Standards Global, more dedicated to the functional part of the Business (located in Paris and Lisbon); and Standards Engineering, dedicated to the technical part (located in Lisbon)
