As a Business Analyst - Insurance at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in business transformation and process improvement initiatives within Operations and Process Intelligence areas.
• Analyzing, mapping, and documenting
  -
  - end business processes.
• Supporting digital transformation and intelligent automation initiatives, translating business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Preparing clear and structured documentation, including process flows, functional descriptions.
• Developing presentations and executive materials to support
  - making.
• Performing data analysis and operational reporting using Excel and/or Power BI to support insights and recommendations.

About You!

• You have +5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex organizational environments.
• Experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, or process automation initiatives.
• Experience in the insurance sector.
• You are comfortable working with Power
  Point, Excel, and Power BI.
• You have strong analytical,
  - solving, and
  - thinking skills.
• You are proactive,
  - on, and comfortable working closely with business stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English.
