Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analyses of data from ITSM processes (incidents, problems, changes, requests, etc. ), identifying patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and interactive reports that support the monitoring of KPIs and SLAs, promoting transparency and informed
  - making.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define relevant metrics and reporting requirements.
• Act as a facilitator of continuous improvement initiatives, using analytical insights to support corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data in ITSM tools.

Essential skills

• Two years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the context of IT Operations or Service Management.
• Practical knowledge of the ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e. g. , Strategy, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e. g. , Service
  Now, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management).
• Knowledge of SQL and database manipulation—valued.
