YOUR ROLE:

• Oversee the activities, ensure processes are followed, and manage tickets in a timely and quality manner;
• Manage L3 tickets or projects directly;
• Analyze releases and product features to propose enhancements and added value.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 1 year of experience on a learning management system with Cornerstone or similar;
• English is mandatory;
• French is a plus;
