What do you need to be a SMART BUSINESS ANALYST?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (teams such as insurance, UX, tech, etc. )
• Experience in gathering and validating business requirements
• Ability to model processes, identify
  - is/to-be flows, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Experience creating documentation (functional specs, workflows, user stories, etc. )
• Experience supporting test phases and validating business requirements

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance industry context
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Analytical mindset and
  - solving skills

What will you be doing?

• Bridge communication across business, UX and technical teams
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and transform them into functional specifications
• Analyse and model business processes, ensuring optimization and clarity across
  - is and
  - be states
• Support testing and validation phases to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements
• Produce clear documentation and support product lifecycle
