Business Analyst - Lisbon Loures

Overview

Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Gather and document functional requirements;
• Contribute to the definition of workflows, business rules, and key performance indicators;
• Support the design of dashboards and reports;
• Validate functionalities during development and testing phases;
• Collaborate with technical and business teams during implementation.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in functional/business analysis roles;
• Technical background sufficient to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and developers;
• Experience interacting/coordinating across teams globally;
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, CRM, and ERP systems (nice to have);
• Previous experience collaborating with teams in an Agile environment;
• Fluent in English (B2+) – Mandatory.
