Position: Business Analyst Live
Chat (Hybrid | Portugal)

We are seeking a dynamic,
- oriented Business Analyst to work on innovative Live
Chat and Chatbot solutions. This role is crucial for translating business goals into technical requirements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Product Owner in developing strategies through incremental product improvements, designing business scenarios and use cases.
2. Analyze and document business requirements, pain points, and opportunities, translating them into IT requirements with estimates for cost, time, and resources.
3. Assist in developing user stories, test cases (SIT, UAT), and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Dev
   Ops and QA teams.
4. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (demos, grooming sessions) and promote best practices.
5. Encourage a
   - centric mindset and a culture of trust and transparency.
6. Contribute to service delivery improvements.
7. Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth operation of production environments and business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably with Live
  Chat or Chatbot projects.
• Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Administrator, Superbadges) are highly valued.
• Ability to translate CRM and Marketing strategies into technical solutions.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and
  - technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in
  - paced environments and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, with
  - on experience in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent command of English.
