This is a Hybrid opportunity for Porto or Lisbon.

As a Senior Banking IT Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading bank with a global presence. You will support and optimize Loan
IQ, a critical application for Back Office operations across multiple geographies, enabling revolutionary banking services worldwide. Join us in shaping the future of financial technology and accelerate your career growth.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide
  - level support for Loan
  IQ users, ensuring seamless operations.
• Gather detailed requirements and craft comprehensive functional specifications for system enhancements and bug fixes.
• Test and validate developed functionalities to maintain high quality standards.
• Participate actively in project streams, contributing to continuous process improvement.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering knowledge growth.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Over 5 years of
  - on experience with Loan
  IQ.
• Proven background in the Banking or Fintech industries.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• Proactive mindset and capable of working independently.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills to support analysis and troubleshooting.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications related to Business Analysis or Agile.
• Additional banking or financial technology tools expertise.
