Job Description

• Support the Engineering Function on business processes through Key Performance Indicators dashboard management: status and updates of Engineering delivery plans with associated risks and ops. Strong liaison with Finance data and actors.
• Support the Engineering Function on subcontracting process management: from creation of purchase order to goods receipt, including regular status updates and risk anticipation of late deliveries/receipt. Interaction with Procurement (particularly engineering service procurement) expected.
• Support Engineering workload workforce management through appropriate business management dashboard updates, per domain/subdomain, natco, skill, program, type of resource (internal workforce, temps, sub‑contractors). Strong liaison with HR community and data.
• Identify key business risks & opportunities beyond formal data status and communicate them concretely to the engineering internal customer.
• All activities performed under the lead of the relevant business management teams of each Engineering Centre/Domain, in liaison with all relevant actors responsible for the data.

Requirements

• Business management background with Finance profile.
• Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management.
• Rigorous on data management, protection policy/confidentiality.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactively propose improvement solutions, focusing on performance and sustainability long‑term.
• Project management skills and structured, organized working style.
• Strong communication skills, building trust in a remote work context.
• English and Spanish required (French, German or Spanish is a plus).
• Mastery of Google Workspace, including coding, and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of aircraft, product and development processes welcomed.
• Adherence to ethics & compliance, understanding GDPR, Airbus procurement process.
