Job Description

We are looking for the right person for the role of Business Analyst. This position is within the Management Control and Data & Analytics department. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills and results orientation, acting as a bridge between analytical data and
- making. Main responsibilities include:

• Supporting budget control and analyzing deviations (financial and operational);
• Creating and automating dashboards in Power BI with performance indicators (KPIs);
• Producing monthly reports for the board and operational teams;
• Critically analyzing the business and identifying improvement opportunities;
• Validating and
  - checking data between systems (ERP, CRM, BI);
• Collaborating on digital transformation projects and continuous improvement of reporting and planning processes;
• Supporting the definition and maintenance of profitability allocation models by segment, client, or product.

Profile

• Higher education in Management, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or similar;
• 2 to 3 years of experience in management control, business analysis, or consulting;
• Proficiency in Power BI (essential) and advanced Excel skills (Power Query; VBA valued);
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and critical thinking;
• Proactivity, autonomy, and good communication skills;
• Enjoys collaborative and challenging environments that are constantly evolving;
• Experience with ERP systems (Primavera, PHC, SAP, etc. ) and knowledge of SQL are valued;
• Fluency in Portuguese and good understanding of English.
