Mission

You will participate in the functional analysis of the projects, which will allow you to understand the business and have a global vision and greater knowledge of the clients. You will shape the squad roadmap and steer them in delivering products/features. You will balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories in the backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. You will have better positioning in front of the client with constant dialogue and providing solutions to their needs, while simultaneously communicating the vision to developers and testers. You will stay up to date with the latest technological trends in the field of Data & Analytics in order to offer the best solutions to our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in a field that emphasizes data analysis (Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Engineering or Statistics).
• Experience over 5 years in the field of Analytics, ideally in service/consulting companies.
• Deep understanding of business/processes and
  - level understanding of
  - quality digital product delivery.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging expertise in product development, engineering and UX.
• Experience in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, and removing blockers.
