Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support
   - making.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
5. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of financial products, with a background in finance functions and an understanding of markets products such as FX and OTC derivatives.
3. Experience as a business analyst on IT financial systems.
4. Experience in
   - office or
   - office areas within a financial environment.
5. Testing skills, including performing tests (e. g. , UAT) to ensure data quality.
6. Additional knowledge in accounting, trading, payments, reporting, regulatory, or derivatives systems is advantageous.
7. Analytical,
   - oriented, with good
   - solving and project management skills.
8. Knowledge of XML, SQL, and database scripting.
9. English language proficiency is mandatory.
