Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one join a leading energy company in Portugal where innovation, sustainability, and excellence are the pillars of their success. This professional will be integrated in implementing and developing projects for the Microsoft Dynamics area.

What you will do:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimizations.
• Provide
  - user support for business applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or clients.
• Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist with user training and documentation for systems or new processes.
• Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently.
• Document and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed.

What you are like:

• Professional experience in Business Analysis functions in IT projects;
• Proven experience in projects with Microsoft Dynamics (critical requirement);
• Experience in project management methodologies (AGILE/Scrum, Design Thinking);
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Responsible spirit and willingness to learn;
• Knowledge of tools such as SAS, SAP and Salesforce is valued;
• Fluency in English is required.
