Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather and translate customer requirements.
• Support application design and define test acceptance criteria to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Must Have / What must be on your CV

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or another relevant field;
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking);
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset;
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce;
• Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence.
