Requisitos:

• We’re looking to hire a Business Analyst to PEPAC to join meaningful digital transformation projects in the European Funds and Investments sector, namely in the agriculture sector.

Agriculture has a set of European Union funds, called PEPAC, which support the sector in two models: investment support and direct support (FEADER and FEAGA).

Our client wants to build a new system that supports the entire lifecycle of managing these funds, from opening notices, to application submission, analysis, decision, and finally sending to the paying agency. The goal is to create a
- fund,
- program,
- managing entity system, covering PEPAC mainland, Azores, and Madeira.

Required Competences:

• Over 3 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
• Experience gathering requirements and business processes, and sharing them with clients and development teams.
• Critical thinking to reflect on and challenge requirements and processes.
• Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with teams and clients.
• Experience in MYSQL (mandatory).
• Experience in functional and technical analysis.
• Follow-up of implementation and testing teams.
• Availability for a hybrid work model (3 days
  - site at the client in downtown Lisbon).

Preferred Competencies:

• Good relationship and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Forethought and risk minimization capacity.
• Experience with Design Thinking methodology.
• Ability to identify business opportunities aligned with client work.
