Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Service
  Now Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role in
  - scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong expertise in Service
  Now ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules (e. g. , Incident, Change, HR Case, or Customer Service).
• Solid understanding of demand management and product lifecycle, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder needs.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable outcomes.
• Fluency in English.
