Together, we turn ideas into action—let’s get started!Responsibilities- Manage Product Backlog: Formulating the list of backlog items and prioritising them as per the critical business objectives. - Define Sprint Objectives: The product owner defines the suggested sprint objective which will serve as a base to determine the sprint goal. - Review and approve the work done by the development team: The product owner inspects the product increment made by the development team in each iteration, from design preparation to production release verification. - Provide effective communication to the stakeholders of the project: The Product Owner is the central communicator between the development team and the stakeholders. - Ensure clear and concise communication to secure stakeholder approval for major decisions and strategies. - Backlog Refinement: Ability to prioritise, enhance, and finalise the items with the team before the sprint planning. - Create and Maintain Change Requests Associated with the Product: Gather and prioritise operational changes and include them within the Product Backlog for future sprint iteration. - Define Acceptance Criteria for the product: Establish clear acceptance criteria that the product must meet, used as a baseline for QA testing. - Gather Functional and
- Functional Requirements: Ensure all requirements are gathered and meet the Product Manager's expectations. - Maintain Requirements: Requirements may be adjusted during the project lifecycle and reflected at the appropriate level (Epic, Story). - Verify Requirements: Confirm that gathered requirements are fit for purpose and use. - Create and Maintain Epics, Stories, Use and Edge Cases: Accountability for content quality, even if artefact creation is done by another team. - Participate in OKR planning: Work with stakeholders and participate in quarterly OKR planning for the product, including estimating achievement. Requirements- At least 3 years as a Product Owner or similar role (Business Analyst, System Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst). - Technical understanding in: API integrations;



Scrum and Agile development methodologies;



User experience principles;



Coding and designing (nice to have). - Strong verbal, nonverbal and written communication to convey product goals and report insights to maximise product value. - Ability to analyse issues, gather information, and solve problems quickly with reasoned decisions. - Use technical, analytical and communication skills to make decisions about product success and development;

- making. - Leadership skills to lead a team without formal management responsibility;



provide vision, mentorship, and negotiation with team members and the wider business. - Conflict mediation skills to keep development on schedule, with active listening to resolve disputes over resources or power dynamics. - PSPO level 1 or similar is a plus, but not required.
