In this position you will…
. . collaborate with key stakeholders across Business teams, Partners or Client, as well as working directly with technical squads through agile ways of working to deliver the
- class digital solutions. You will support the Product Manager in gathering requirements and driving planning, analysis and delivery activities across product lifecycle.
You will be responsible for…
- Working closely with the CX/digital leader and management to understand the vision, priorities, recommend/shape and execute a product roadmap
- Working closely with Product Lead to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Translating conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/product owners.
- Documenting user stories, workflows and data mappings. Support backlog grooming and management, iteration planning and validate quality on the output is meeting business expectations.
- Assisting in developing and implementing the

- market plan, working with all departments to execute - Developing and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance
- launch to evaluate future iterations - Managing/Executing the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Participating in the validation of product features or product launches to ensure features & functions are working as per the acceptance criteria defined.
- Providing end user support, monitor the system, respond to queries, resolve, and escalate issues.
- Managing and tracks the status of issues throughout the product life cycle and prioritize coordinating other key stakeholders.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Degree holder in Business or Information Technology
- An experienced digital professional with 3+ years in the digital product management industry in roles of Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Practical experience in specifying user requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing
- Experienced in Agile methodology project delivery working with offshore team
- Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, system integration, and experience to Saa
S platform is a plus - Advantage to candidates with familiarity / understanding in the insurance sector
- Good communication skills, able to work with user departments and vendors.
- Good problem solving and strong analytical skills, able to clearly present results systematically and logically.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills, able to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Eagerness to work in a
- functional,
- paced environment. - Good team player, proactive,
- initiative and able to work independently - Written and Speaking: English MUST. Knowledge of one or more EU languages (e. G. Spanish, German, Frech, Italian) is a plus
