What challenge do we have for you?

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (French Speaker) to join an international project, where you will play a key role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of effective business solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with French-speaking stakeholders and
- functional teams, as well as the creation of detailed functional documentation in both French and English, within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

What will you do day to day?

- Conduct
- depth analysis of business processes, requirements, and market needs

- Work closely with French-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams

- Support the delivery and implementation of business solutions

Salary package

- Mid: €1, 100 to €1, 900 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Expense Allowances + Flex Benefits + Professional Development Plan + benefits in force at the organisation

- Senior: €1, 500 to €2, 500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Expense Allowances + Flex Benefits + Professional Development Plan + benefits in force at the organisation

✅ Do you have what it takes to be a Business Analyst?

- Fluent French (spoken and written) – mandatory

- English level B2 or higher

- Strong experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and process analysis

- Good understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools

- Banking or financial services experience is a strong plus
