Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and
- oriented
Business Analystto join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and helping implement effective solutions.

This position is based at our HQ office in Maia.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track business KPIs (scorecards) for Regional Subsidiaries and Product Business Units.
• Control and oversee business performance to identify potential deviations and discrepancies.
• Support business control activities, including planning and management reporting.
• Contribute to the analysis, development, and tracking of new business projects.
• Participate in verifying process compliance across all Units.

Must Have

• Bachelorin Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting or an equivalent area.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Tech enthusiast.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
