We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Intermediate Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering successful digital solutions. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will be responsible for gathering and translating customer requirements, supporting application design, and defining test acceptance criteria to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Key Deliverables

• Translate customer requirements into clear and actionable inputs for project teams and developers;
  
  
• Support application development and the design of new solutions through needs assessments;
  
  
• Define and implement effective test acceptance criteria.

Must Have /

What must be on your CV

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or another relevant field;
  
  
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking);
  
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
  
  
• High attentionto detail and a proactive mindset;
  
  
• Willingness tolearn and take responsibility.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce;
  
  
• Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence.
