Responsibilities:

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications
3. Create and maintain detailed functional documentation
4. Develop test cases and perform functional testing
5. Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions
6. Support
   - users during UAT
7. Provide ongoing support and training to users
8. Participate in project meetings and provide functional updates
9. Work closely with development teams to ensure quality delivery
10. Conduct
    - implementation reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
• At least 4 years of experience in the financial sector
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• EU citizenship or Portuguese work visa/residency
• Availability to work from the office twice a week

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Azure Dev
  Ops
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, ISTQB, CBAP)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
