The project

As a Business Analyst on a retail project.

You will:

• Conduct detailed data analysis, requirements gathering;
• Solutions Design, Stories, Project Management;
• Develop dashboards and interactive reports that support the monitoring of KPIs and SLAs, promoting transparency and informed
  - making;
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define relevant metrics and reporting requirements;
• Act as a facilitator for continuous improvement initiatives, using analytical insights to support corrective and preventive actions;
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of the data.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• 3 years of experience in data analysis or Functional Analysis;
• Preferably, mastery of data visualization tools (e. g. , Strategy, Power BI, Tableau);
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e. g. , Jira Service Management);
• Knowledge of SQL and database manipulation is valued.
• Fluent in English

Porto (Hybrid - 2 days per week at the Office)
