We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst for a Nearshore project!

What you'll do:

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the product vision is well understood and translated into clear requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and changes based on business value and stakeholder input.
• Reprioritize backlog items, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
• Perform detailed requirements analysis, translating business needs into
  - structured epics and user stories.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather information from users, document current and future state processes, and validate outputs with stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support to the development team by being available to clarify business requirements and user expectations throughout the sprint.
• Write
  - quality documentation, including user stories, use cases, and defect definitions, ensuring development and QA teams have clear guidance.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and technical teams to negotiate priorities and define solutions that meet business objectives.
• Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to contribute to efficient and iterative product delivery.

What you will need to bring:

• Minimum 3/4 years experience in IT projects;
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Process and Architecture Modeling and Analysis;
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Product Management
• Fluency in English;
  
  
• Experience working in Agile environments.
