Location: Lisboa, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (1x office per month)


Overview / Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with at least 3 years of
- on experience, to join challenging and dynamic technology projects. The role focuses on requirements definition and collaboration with
- functional teams, within complex system environments and Agile methodologies.


Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Gather and analyze functional requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders;
  
• Write clear and
  - structured user stories and define acceptance criteria;
  
• Work closely with Product Owners, development, and QA teams, following Agile/Scrum practices;
  
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives;
  
• Support backlog prioritization and ensure smooth communication between technical and business teams;
  
• Attend client meetings in Lisbon at least once a month.
  
  
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex system environments;
  
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum;
  
• Strong skills in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria;
  
• High-level understanding of web, mobile, and system integration architectures;
  
• Portuguese and English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written);
  
• Availability to start within 1 month; immediate availability is highly valued.
  

• Experience in the Healthcare industry;
  
• Experience with projects developed using Out
  Systems technology.
