? We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Hybrid (Lisbon) ?

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in banking IT systems, particularly in functional areas such as financial securities, cash, and referentials to join our team and support one of our clients – a leading IT Support & Software Development partner for a major European company.

? Your Role:

• Leading engagements with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and refine requirements;
• Translating business needs into detailed specifications, use cases, and user stories;
• Collaborating with Technical Experts to ensure accountability over the Product Detailed Specifications (PDS), and providing clarifications during development;
• Contributing to workload estimation, and defining test strategies and test plans (including regression and peripheral testing);
• Performing functional testing and supporting post
  - live validations.

? What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in IT-related projects
• Previous experience in delivering
  -
  - end solutions from business analysis through to the testing phase, with a solid background in working with APIs.
• English: B2 level minimum (international collaboration required)
• The role requires excellent analytical and
  - solving skills, a structured and
  - oriented mindset, and strong communication abilities to interact with
  - functional teams.
• Familiarity with business and technology change processes is essential, as is the ability to mentor junior team members.
