Hybrid working mode with base in Porto.
Mission objectives:
An experienced Business Analyst who is a French speaker is responsible for conducting
- depth analysis of business processes, requirements, and market trends to support the development and implementation of effective business strategies. They collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and
- functional teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and drive the successful delivery of business solutions. This role involves extensive interaction with French-speaking clients and partners, as well as the creation of detailed documentation in both French and English.
Key Skills:
1. Fluent in French:
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in French is essential for effective communication with French-speaking stakeholders and clients.
2. English - at least B2
3. Business Analysis:
Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design to support organizational goals.
4. Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex business concepts and recommendations in both French and English.
5. Stakeholder Management:
Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with French-speaking clients, partners, and
- functional teams to drive successful business outcomes.
6. Documentation:
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and specifications in both French and English to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
7. Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to adapt to and effectively utilize new business solutions and technologies.
8. Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking and
- solving skills to identify and address complex business challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Adaptability:
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, leveraging language and cultural skills to effectively engage with French-speaking stakeholders and contribute to organizational success.
