Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage the project scoping phase and estimate implementation workload;
• Set up and facilitate business workshops during the design phase;
• Coordinate project activities with technical, release management, and data integration teams;
• Analyze and collect business requirements;
• Design functional specifications of the EBX solution;
• Translate requirements into EBX functional design (data model, business rules, process specification);
• Update interface agreements when needed;
• Design and execute functional tests, including planning and execution;
• Support end users during migration, user acceptance tests, and integration tests;
• Update documentation and participate in project committees;
• Participate in meetings with business users in agile mode to report progress and ongoing activities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT Business Analyst role;
• No previous experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or TIBCO EBX is required — training will be provided by the client;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments.
