Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in Functional Support within IT.
• Strong communication skills , both verbal and written.
• Experience working in Agile projects and collaborating with development teams across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) .
• Solid knowledge of SQL and other relevant programming tools.
• Interest in learning and understanding the KYC business domain .
• Proven track record of delivering on commitments .
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written, minimum B2 level).

• High attention to detail and precision in work.
• Excellent troubleshooting and
  - solving abilities.
