Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst!

Responsibilities:

• Administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management)
• Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNPP Businesses)
• Ensure end user support and resolve production and access issues
• Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
• Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers
• Follow‑up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting
• Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts.
• Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in the Production environment
• Follow the go‑live process, compare the impacts against expectations and propose adjustments when needed

Requirements:

• Data knowledge / Data processing / Data quality / IT Development
• Database Management (SQL)
• Methodologies (Agile)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Attention to detail is essential, especially when under pressure and time constraints
• Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges
• Client‑focused mindset
• Good level of English
