1⃣ Experience: at least 4 years as a Business Analyst in finance or tax‑related projects
2⃣ Technical stack: strong knowledge of SQL and Agile methodologies
3⃣ Functional context: understanding of financial, tax, or reporting processes
4⃣ Methodology: experience managing requirements, testing (UAT), and change requests
5⃣ Languages: fluent English (French is an advantage)

- Experience as a Business Analyst in a Financial / Data Management context.

The Emeis Group is currently rolling out a group financial and purchasing information system (Microsoft D365 and Power Platform) which is already live in Austria & France. The Group is therefore looking to recruit a team of business analysts, who will help to maintain the application in parallel with rollouts in other countries (handled by the project team).
In this context, the Finance Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure, in conjunction with the Group Finance Managers, maintenance and evolution of the Group Core Model (set of business rules).
- Analysis of needs expressed by the business to identify solutions.
- Drawing up specifications for these solutions (development, parameterisation, etc. ).
- Collaboration with developers responsible for MD365 upgrades.
- Execute & organise tests in collaboration with finance teams.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers;
- Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment;
