Asenium is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with an IT and ERP systems background to support one of our key projects in Portugal.

Location: Remote from Portugal

Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business processes, user needs, and system requirements

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams (developers, architects, ERP consultants)

Identify and propose improvements to ERP workflows

Support testing, training, and documentation processes

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business/functional analysis

Proficiency in modeling languages like UML and BPMN

Experience preparing functional specifications and structured documentation

Knowledge of platforms such as Jira , Confluence , and/or Azure

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Fluent in Portuguese. English is a plus
