Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, workshops, backlog refinements, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Monitor deliveries and validate compliance with defined requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, with a strong focus on the banking/financial sector — mandatory.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) — mandatory.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments with technical teams (developers and QA).
• Strong proficiency in ticketing and documentation tools, such as:
• Jira
• Azure Dev
  Ops
• Confluence (or similar)
• Working hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
