• Collect new business requirements
• Identify and develop use cases based on requirements
• Analyze business processes, document procedures, and track KPIs
• Proficiency in SQL
• Improve the quality of deliveries
• Knowledge in Jira and/or Confluence
• Ability to communicate in English
