What are we looking for?

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in
  - scale projects for European institutions or the public sector;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree and/or certifications such as CBAP or CSPO are a plus);
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks;
• Proven experience in business process modeling (BPMN);
• Proficient in tools such as ARIS and Camunda;
• Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications;
• Familiar with : Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Story mapping, Persona creation, Gherkin syntax and User testing coordination;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese , with excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness;
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to complex business environments;
• Knowledge of microservices architecture , RESTful APIs , and asynchronous communication tools (e. g. , Apache Kafka ) is considered an asset.
