Position purpose
The purpose of this position is to support the Commercial Planning Manager in strengthening the commercial planning function. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, transforming raw data into clear and actionable business insights. By analyzing customer and commercial data, the role aims to drive faster and more effective
- making. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams is key to identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. The position also includes coordinating and supporting the management of the Siebel CRM tool and the TME Connect App within the Commercial Planning area. Additionally, the role contributes to building analytical capabilities across the commercial team through active knowledge sharing and promotion of best practices.
What Will You Do – Responsibilities
- Analytical and Operational Support: Provide strong analytical and operational support to the Commercial Effectiveness Manager. Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to support various users, delivering
- time insights to enable operational and strategic
- making. Assist Operations Heads and KAMs in performance tracking and client analysis. Support Field Force teams in monitoring client progress and evaluating Trade Marketeer performance. - Power BI Enabler: Ensure smooth operation of Power BI Online Service, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT and Power BI Support teams. Manage user access rights and segregation. Gather requirements from KAMs, DFM, and Field Operations Leads, and oversee the deployment of new reports. Coordinate with regional teams on deployments related to TME Connect and data sources. Continually improve the Power BI ecosystem for better
- making. - Siebel and CRM: Manage all Commercial Planning activities within Siebel, ensuring visibility and execution at the POS. Serve as the main technical support for Siebel CRM and TME Connect. Lead training initiatives for office and field users, adapting materials as needed. Ensure sales teams have access to current data via TME Connect and verify data quality and availability.
Who Are We Looking For – Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting analytics in Commercial, Finance, Marketing, or Business Development, ideally with marketing or sales experience.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
- Knowledge of Power Query is a strong plus.

- solving, and communication skills. - Self-motivated,
- oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
