We are looking for a Business Analyst for this project!

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, anticipating risks and impacts.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define solutions and align expectations.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items.
• Support development cycles through testing, documentation, and contribution to test automation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and deliver training/documentation tailored to different audiences.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software development.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Experience in requirements management, data analysis, and estimation techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
