About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to act as the
voice of the customer
within our team. In this role, you will represent the needs of
- users and the business, managing relationships, maintaining alignment with the team backlog, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. You will gather insights, deliver actionable results, and ensure that product strategy and implementation remain connected across teams, in close collaboration with Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent
  - users and business needs within the team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment on priorities.
• Maintain and prioritize the team backlog in line with business objectives.
• Gather insights from stakeholders to inform
  - making and product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure seamless connection between strategy and implementation.
• Deliver results efficiently in a
  - paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2. 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in hybrid environments is a plus.
