Ops processes and tools, identify trends, and suggest improvements. * You’ll support testing and validation of new tools to ensure they meet business needs. * You’ll help set up dashboards and reports to track performance using internal and corporate tools. * You’ll collaborate with teams across implementation, manufacturing, support, and government to define and improve processes. * You’ll manage
- related tasks and coordinate with the Revenue Manager. * You’ll contribute to ongoing transformation projects, including integration with Vision
Box. **About You*** You have a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * You have experience working in support, manufacturing, or internal operations. * You are proficient in **Visio, ARIS**, or other process mapping tools. * You are comfortable using documentation tools such as **Microsoft Word, Confluence, and Share
Point**. * Familiarity with **Service
Now or SAP** is beneficial. * You have excellent written and spoken English. * A **Business Analysis certification** (e. g. , CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. * You have good
