Asenium is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with an IT and ERP systems background to support one of our key projects in Portugal. Location: Remote from Portugal
Start date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes, user needs, and system
- Translate business needs into functional and technical
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams (developers, architects, ERP consultants)- Identify and propose improvements to ERP
- Support testing, training, and documentation processes
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business/functional
- Proficiency in modeling languages like UML and BPMN- Experience preparing functional specifications and structured
- Knowledge of platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)- Fluent in Portuguese. English is a plus
