We're Hiring: Technical Business Analyst (FMCG Industry) | Remote – International Project

We’re partnering with a leading international player in the FMCG industry on a
- impact digital transformation project, and we're looking for a Technical Business Analyst who brings both industry
- how and tech fluency to the table. This is a fully remote role , working across borders and time zones with diverse stakeholders and expert delivery teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborating with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements

Designing scalable,
- friendly solutions aligned with FMCG business processes

Leading workshops and technical discussions to define and refine user stories

Working with developers, architects, QA and product teams across multiple geographies

Creating detailed documentation: BRDs, functional specs, process flows, data mappings

Supporting UAT and system rollout phases in a
- paced delivery environment

Your Toolset & Skills:

✔ Strong experience as a Technical or Systems Business Analyst

✔ FMCG industry knowledge — understanding of supply chain, logistics, production, or sales flows

✔ Solid knowledge of ERP/CRM systems , APIs, and data integration processes

✔ Proficiency with Agile methodologies , JIRA, Confluence, and UML/flowchart tools

✔ Comfort with SQL/data analysis and working closely with developers

✔ Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)

✔ Ability to work independently and
- functionally in an international team
