Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications
• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation
• Develop test cases and perform functional testing
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions
• Support
  - users during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
• Provide ongoing support and training to users
• Participate in project meetings and update on functional aspects
• Work closely with development teams to ensure
  - quality solutions
• Conduct
  - implementation reviews to evaluate solutions' effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• At least 4 years of experience in the financial sector
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• EU citizenship or Portuguese work visa/residency
• Availability to work from the office twice a week

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Azure Dev
  Ops
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, ISTQB, CBAP)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
